Vacuum hardening and bright annealing
Operating at a vacuum level of typically 1 to 10^-3 Pa! Materials that can be hardened with slow cooling have minimal deformation and dimensional changes.
We would like to introduce our "Vacuum Hardening and Bright Annealing" services. By heating in a vacuum atmosphere, it is possible to heat without oxidation (vacuum is an excellent atmosphere for oxidation-free heat treatment). We typically operate at a vacuum level of 1 to 10^-3 Pa. For high-alloy steels (such as SKD and SKH) with good hardenability, gas hardening is performed by injecting pressurized nitrogen gas from the surroundings, while carbon steels and low-alloy steels (which have lower hardenability) undergo oil hardening. 【Features of Vacuum Hardening】 ■ Materials that can be hardened with slow cooling experience minimal deformation and dimensional changes, and have higher impact values even at the same hardness. ■ Capable of handling small quantities and short delivery times. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
